Classes
Little Stars : 3 to 4 years
Little Stars is a fun and active class that develops mental muscle that will set your daughter up for school in the best way possible. She will develop memory, focus, sequencing, listening, self-control and working in a group environment - just like she will have to at school!

Physie dance and movement is not only great exercise and lots of fun, your daughter will improve and develop balance, co-ordination, body awareness, fitness and motor skills.

Our Little Stars have the opportunity to perform in displays during and at the end of each year.
Juniors : 5 to 12 years
Our junior girl classes are designed to develop fitness, flexibility, core strength and poise. The dance routines are choreographed to up-beat pop music that combines elements of jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and yoga.

We foster an environment that is inclusive and teaches the value of team work. Watch your daughter's self-confidence grow whilst having fun and making friendships that will last a life time.

Each of our junior girls have the option to compete individually at interclub, zone, state and national level competitions. Team competitions are also held at state level every year.
Seniors : 13 to 19+ years
Our experienced teachers help you to challenge yourself to achieve your Physie goals. Practice and perform with your friends to develop strength, technique, flexibility and creative flair, both as part of a team and individually.

You will have the opportunity to travel and compete on a national level with like-minded young women from across Australia.

Sunnybank Seniors have performed at the Opera House in Sydney and in recent years won the highest achievement in Physie, being awarded the national Grand Champion.
